Educational Assistance

◊ We offer educational assistance for your development in areas of technical & professional qualifications & skills, relevant to the job and the hotel along with professional association fees.

◊ Educational assistance is available for 12-month part-time college courses subsidised up to €2,000, with €1,000 paid at the start and €1,000 paid when the employees pass their exams.

◊ One-off courses associated with an employee’s role can be subsidised up to €500.

◊ Trainee Managers, apprentice chefs and those on a learning and training path will have the opportunity to complete placements in other iNua Collection Hotels.
