iNua Directors Paul Fitzgerald & Sean O’Driscoll are delighted to announce their purchase of iNua Partnership from Noel Creedon. iNua Partnership is the management company that provides management services to the 8 hotels owned by iNua Hospitality PLC, along with The Fairways Hotel, Dundalk. Paul Fitzgerald will continue as Chief Executive Officer of iNua Partnership management company.

Following the sale of the management company to Paul Fitzgerald & Sean O’Driscoll, Noel has stepped back from his role of Chief Executive Officer of iNua Hospitality PLC. However, we are delighted that Noel will remain on as a non-executive director on the board of iNua Hospitality PLC. Sean O’Driscoll has been appointed the Chief Executive of iNua Hospitality PLC and Paul Fitzgerald will continue in his role of Chief Financial Officer of the PLC.

Since founding iNua in 2012, Noel and the senior management team have worked to build a successful business in the hospitality sector. As well as remaining a non-executive director of iNua Hospitality PLC, Noel will now focus on bringing his wealth of expertise to new opportunities outside hospitality. We wish to thank Noel for his vision & leadership and wish him every success in his future endeavors.

The purchase of iNua Partnership by Paul Fitzgerald and Sean O’Driscoll has been carefully designed to ensure continuity of the business under the existing management team, providing long term stability for our employees & investors. At iNua we have created a strong hospitality platform. We are look forward to growing iNua’s footprint in hospitality into this new decade.
