Senior Head Chef
Scott brings over twenty years cooking experience, from various styled restaurants and hotels, having a strong foundation in French culinary technique. He previously owned his own restaurant for over nine years with a focus on fine dining and tasting menus using local produce. Scott’s repertoire includes italian, tapas, Michelin star and now Irish cuisine.
Scott has started the season by redesigning our Yew Tree menu with a strong emphasis on spring flavours. Scott’s objective within in his new role is “to deliver a culinary experience beyond guest expectations”.
