We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains amazing. We loved our stays so much that we decided to have our wedding here! Firstly, the staff are fabulous. They are all so friendly and so helpful and really took great care of me and my family. All our needs were attended to. The hotel is beautiful, beautiful grounds and a unique setting that can’t be beat!

The staff really did their best to make us feel welcome and they made sure we had everything we wanted. Excellent service! The hotel is located in the heart of the national park, so very convenient for tours and walking. The room was just as you see in the photo's. Very comfortable and relaxing. Walking trails and beautiful literally a few steps away. Torc waterfall a 6 minute drive. Great location to do the Ring of Kerry or a day trip to Dingle peninsula. We rearranged our trip to stay longer here. I am so appreciative of the great service and attention to detail. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for making this trip such a memorable experience for my family and I.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough, every staff member we met over the weekend were so helpful and friendly. Outstanding wait staff in the dining room too and a beautiful breakfast served each morning. The spa is one of the best I have been too, the hotel location is excellent, right across from Muckross House and Gardens and the complementary bike hire for 2 hours is a wonderful way to explore. I cannot stop talking about our break away, I really can't wait to go back.

Can't fault the hotel or staff. Everything was great. Great selection for breakfast. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. We needed more coffee in the room and had it within minutes. We ate in the Monks lounge, again the staff were lovely and the food was very tasty. We did avail of the spa even though we had no treatments the vitality pool was lovely and very relaxing. We were very near Muckross house and Torc waterfall. We requested a late check out and there was no problem.
