At least 24 hour’s notice must be given if you wish to alter or cancel your appointment. If an appointment is not cancelled, or is cancelled on the day of the booking, 100% of the treatment price will be charged. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before treatment time, to book in, relax and enjoy your surroundings. Swimwear and flip-flops are essential so please bring these with you. As a courtesy to other guests and to preserve the ambience of the spa, mobile phones and pagers are prohibited. Spa users must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
