Common queries about our spa
At what age are guests allowed to use the spa facilities?
Guests under 16 years of age are not permitted to use the spa. Guests aged between 16 and 18 years are allowed to use the spa facilities when accompanied by an adult.
Do I need to make pre-booking?
Yes, please book your treatments in advance to avoid disappointment.
What time should I arrive for my treatment?
To make the most of your special spa experience, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Please avoid arriving late when possible, as this may alter your treatment time. All appointments will end at their scheduled time.
I’m pregnant, can I have a treatment or avail of use of facilities?
Yes, some of them. Simply inform a member of staff if you are pregnant or if there is anything else we should be aware of.
Will I be able to use the facilities if I have my hair coloured?
Yes but guests who have had their hair coloured or bleached recently are advised to wear a swimming hat when using the vitality pool, Jacuzzis or outdoor hot tub.
Should I wear swimwear when using the spa facilities?
Yes, swimwear must be worn in our thermal area and Vitality Suite.
What should I wear for my treatments?
Robes and slippers are provided for our hotel guests in their rooms. Day guests will be provided with robes and slippers on arrival to the spa. Disposable underwear will be provided for use for all of our spa treatments.
Do you have a mobile phone policy?
Yes, please respect the privacy and relaxation of other spa guests by switching off all mobile phones and speaking softly amongst each other.
Will I be able to store my personal belongings while in the spa?
Yes, you can store your personal belongings in lockers provided. However, we are not responsible for any personal items left behind in a locker or robe.
What is your cancellation policy?
As a courtesy to other clients, please give us at least 48 hour’s notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Any cancellations made within the 48 hour period will be charged in full.
What is your Covid-19 procedure in the Spa areas?
The welfare of our guests is our utmost priority. We have revised our treatment menus, with safe and innovative means to ensure you are as relaxed and pampered as ever.
Hotel guests will be requested to change in their rooms and arrive at The Spa in robe and slippers, to avoid use of communal areas.
A Self-Declaration Questionnaire and Consultation Form will require completion before your appointment.
Our Vitality Pool is now open with dedicated slots available to guests. It is essential you reserve one upon check-in due to limited capacity. The Relaxation Room and Loungers are fully available.
Our Jacuzzis, Steam room & Saunas are now open, however please be aware that a 10 minute time limit applies and a maximum of 2 people from the same party may enjoy the facility at one time.
