We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your booking. Cancellations made with less notice or missed appointments may incur the full treatment charge.

Yes, spa treatments are available for guests aged 18 and over. Some treatments may be available for guests aged 16 and over when accompanied by an adult.

Guests who have booked a treatment receive complimentary access to the Vitality Suite. Access for non-treatment guests may be available depending on availability; please enquire at reception.
