Bernie O’ Donoghue’s clients travel internationally to create their perfect day in Muckross. From hair stylists to photographers, Bernie knows the best in the business. Her list of essential wedding contacts is almost as impressive as her creative flare. When organising a wedding, couples can be assured that dreams really can come true.
Bernie began working in hotels from a young age where her passion for hospitality flourished. With a love of meeting new people and the camaraderie amongst the team, Bernie decided to transform her summer job into a successful career. Bernie began her career in Muckross Park Hotel & Spa in 2011 as Assistant Manager. With responsibilities in HR, Spa and Accommodation sales, Bernie found her passion when it came to weddings. Since she was promoted to Wedding Sales Manager, Bernie has helped organise over three hundred weddings.
Bernie graduated Hotel Management from Cert Trainee Management in 2002. She has an additional CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management. Bernie spends her free time with her two children and husband of eight years, Denis. She enjoys travelling and sharing champagne with friends.
