Our Executive Pastry Chef has designed a menu that perfects flavour, texture, and taste. The seasonal menu will reflect the beautiful fruits and essence of nature, as well as allow you to indulge in your favourite guilty pleasures.

Traditional Victorian Afternoon Tea

In homage to Queen Victoria, who visited Muckross Park in 1860, we have crafted a traditional-style menu. The delicious pastries and treats have all been inspired by their 19th century counterparts, to give you an authentic Victorian experience.

Cucumber & watercress, dill cream cheese on white bread
Smoked salmon chive crème fraiche on porter soda bread
Limerick baked ham, Cheddar & tomato on brioche bread
Smoked chicken & pesto mayonnaise on multi grain seed bread
Whipped goat cheese, roasted red pepper, herb crust, on dark rye
