We would like to thank all the staff at the Muckross Park Hotel for giving us a fabulous day .Muckross Park hotel is a prefect venue for weddings & wedding ceremony's . We had our ceremony & reception in the hotel . We could not fault anything as all the staff and our wedding co-ordinator Bernie who done more than enough for us , had everything to perfection . Bernie was a pleasure to deal with , she was always very helpful from the very start up to the day of the wedding .
The compliments we have heard back from our guests about the food , hotel & staff where all very positive as they were all talking about how great the food was and how friendly the staff were . The food is always cooked to perfection in the hotel.
We can't thank Bernie & all the staff enough for everything they did for us!
We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone that is thinking of having there wedding there as you won't be disappointed .

We can’t thank you enough for all that you and the staff did during our stay at the hotel. Our wedding ceremony and dinner completely exceeded our expectations. We could not have asked for a better outcome. Everything was just perfect. You did such a superb job. You handled all of the details brilliantly, and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Huge thanks to all the staff at the Muckross Park hotel for a truly fantastic day.
We had never been to the Muckross Park hotel before we went to view it as an option for our wedding reception.
It had been recommended to us by friends who'd attended a wedding there.
This was the last hotel we were due to visit, as we had more or less decided on another venue.
But this all changed when we visited the Muckross.
The hotel itself is just wonderful, such a perfect wedding venue.
Karen, the hotel's wedding co-ordinator, was just outstanding to deal with.
She made it very clear from the outset that she would like our business and that she would help us in any requirements we had.
She totally kept her word, nothing was ever a problem and she was always available, approachable and accommodating during our 6 months of planning the wedding.
We also dealt alot with Daniel O'Connor, I have never met a manager so hands on and helpful. He was exceptional!
The staff really took the stress out of the wedding organisation and planning!
We throughly enjoyed our day on Sept 23rd as we knew the staff had everything under control.
We got so many compliments from our guests afterwards on the venue and the staff but most importantly on the wonderful meal, so huge thanks to Niall and all his team.
Finally thanks to all at the Muckross Park Hotel for really taking care of us and making our day so special.
We cannot recommend the staff and the hotel highly enough.

From the Champagne on arrival, to the exquisite food, to the wonderful honeymoon suite that you provided. All of the staff, the service they so effortlessly provided and the hotel itself was absolutely superb. And we will be highly recommending the Muckross Park Hotel to any friends and family who are planning on walking down the aisle (!) or are planning a special hotel break in Kerry.
Three families who attended our wedding have already made plans to return to the hotel for weekend breaks.

We had our wedding in the Muckross on the 2nd Oct 2010. I know retrospectively you receive testimonials that in some way are part of the closing out ceremony of wedding weekends and without undermining these I wanted to highlight ours for a few reasons.
Attending our wedding we had friends from the Hotel and Bar industry who are a mix of ex GM's, bar owners and Chefs both past and present, including myself who have worked in 5* Hotels around the world, I no longer.
I know there are so many people behind the scenes involved in the planning and execution but really wanted to highlight Niall (Banqueting Manager) and the reservations team for their professionalism, kindness and their all round level of service.
It was the first time a wedding was held in the Atrium and the room looked spectacular it was as if there was a wedding there every week. It was everything we asked for and more.
From the food, wine, rooms, & staff this was 5* with a relaxed approached.
Every single guess at the wedding had a great weekend and most have said they will return to stay again.

I just wanted to follow up to say a big thank you for the excellent work you and the whole staff in the Muckross Park Hotel did for our wedding reception on the 8th May 2010.
The hotel venue and the top class service we received was exactly what I hoped it would be from the time we booked it to the time we left on the Monday after the wedding.
You were so good to deal with beforehand in sorting out the preparations and plans, and so professional on the day itself. I couldnt believe how stress free it all was and how everything we asked for just seemed to take care of itself.
We were so happy with everything and you were all an absolute pleasure to deal with from the moment I contacted you with an enquiry about the wedding reception.
I have had so many compliments from my family and friends about the hotel itself, the food, the service, the decor. I was delighted. My sometimes hard to please guests were raving about it, saying it was the best wedding reception they had ever been to, some described it "like a celebrity type wedding out of Hello magazine"!! The venue itself in the Atrium, the gardens outside, the Abbey suite looked fantastic on the day. The service was so professional in every aspect both for the food and drink service on the day, to all the extra service we received from the time we arrived, the morning of the wedding itself as I was getting ready where there was always someone to help with our little requests that morning, to the reception staff who so nicely moved people around, had rooms ready for guests arriving early on the Saturday and arranged early check ins, to whoever sorted out my church flowers around the venue at short notice, to the bar staff who worked in the abbey suite and those who worked into the late hours in Molly Darcys bar, to the staff who settled our bills so efficiently. Thanks for making us feel so welcome.
And we owe big compliments to the chefs and kitchen staff - I don't think we ever tasted such good food at a wedding. It definately lived up to what was presented to us at the tasting night. Again, we has so many compliments from our guests about the quality of the food on the day as being the best ever wedding meal, which I never doubted as it was one of the reasons for choosing the hotel as a venue. The whole team there are a credit.
We've been to a lot of weddings home and abroad over the last few years and the Muckross Park Hotel is definately on the top of its game when it comes to catering for them.
I put a lot of effort and thought into my wedding day, as it was 12 years in the making and I am a bit of a perfectionist and I am very happy to tell you that MPH lived up that my perfect vision for the day.
We had such a fantastic day from start to finish and wish we could do it all again. We were very sad to leave and have memories of MPH that will last a lifetime. It was definately a "5 star" wedding. I will very happily recommend the Muckross Park hotel to anyone looking for a wedding venue in Kerry.
