Muckross Park Hotel’s traditional Christmas Afternoon Tea Fair takes place on Sunday 16th December. This year’s Christmas Afternoon Tea Fair will also involve 25 Kerry and Munster based craft suppliers.
Invited guests, local residents and visitors to Killarney are welcome to visit Muckross Park Hotel & Cloisters Spa on the 16th December from 2pm-6pm for Afternoon Tea with festive treats and a friendly welcome. Killarney Musical Society will be present singing Christmas favourites bringing yuletide cheer and songs. A guest from the North Pole is also expected to call by to ensure proceedings are festive!
For over 200 years Muckross Park Hotel, in the heart of Killarney National Park, has celebrated Christmas. This special time of year is marked with Muckross Park Hotel’s Christmas Afternoon Tea Fair and on show will be stalls selling Gift Vouchers, Hampers and Produce and Spa products from Cloisters Spa. Local art and craft businesses will have a range of handmade gifts such as jewellery, works of art and hand crafted wood.
General Manager of the Hotel, Sean O’Driscoll, is delighted to host the Christmas Afternoon Tea Fair and commented ‘Muckross Park Hotel is a such a magical place at Christmas with the location of Killarney National Park and the long tradition of Christmas. Guests on the day will be treated to an afternoon tea and have an opportunity to be entertained by Killarney Musical Society and shop amongst the stalls in the hotel. Muckross Park Hotel & Cloisters Spa is a 68 bedroom located in Muckross in the heart of Killarney National Park. The hotel dates from 1795 and was renovated in 2007 to 5 star standard.
