Celebrity Chef Martin Shanahan at Muckross Park Hotel
Celebrity Chef, Martin Shanahan joins awarding Winning Head Chef at Muckross Park Hotel, Mike Hayes for the hotel’s Autumn Gourmet Weekend on Friday 19th October.
Celebrity Chef, Martin is well known from his TV Series “Martin’s Mad About Fish” and “Surf n’ Turf”, as well as for his many cookbooks. Martin is the owner & Chef at the acclaimed “Fishy Fishy Restaurant” in Kinsale.
On Friday 19th October, Martin will demonstrate some of his best seafood recipes to guests at Muckross Park Hotel. Following this, guests will be treated to a menu of Surf n’Turf, with Martin’s dishes providing the Surf, while Muckross Park Head Chef, Mike Hayes will provide the Turf.
On Saturday 20th the gourmet theme continues with a trip to Lorge Chocolatier in Kenmare, followed by Afternoon Tea. That evening guests will enjoy a menu celebrating “the best in Kerry produce” including Ballinskelligs Duck & Ring of Kerry Lamb.
This is a Gourmet weekend not to be missed.
